Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed and shipped out within 7-10 business days after successful payment verification. Business days exclude weekends, public holidays, and local official holidays of our warehouse location. We strictly follow the processing cycle to arrange product inspection, packaging, and delivery, ensuring all items are well-packed before shipment.
Please note that order processing will be delayed during peak shopping seasons, promotional events, or inventory restocking periods. We will not send separate notification for slight delays within the stipulated processing cycle. For any abnormal delay exceeding 10 business days, our customer service team will contact you via email to update the latest order status.
2. Shipping & Delivery Coverage
We provide international shipping services to most countries and regions around the world. Customers can select their destination country/region during the checkout process. If your delivery address is not available on our shipping list, please contact our support team in advance to confirm whether we can arrange delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse shipping to high-risk regions, restricted areas, or regions with special customs supervision policies to avoid logistics risks and order disputes.
3. Delivery Time
Total delivery time consists of order processing time and international transit time. After your order is shipped successfully, the standard international delivery time is 15-25 business days, depending on the destination country, local customs clearance efficiency, and logistics conditions.
Remote areas, island regions, or areas affected by weather, customs inspection, and epidemic control may require an additional 5-10 business days for delivery. We do not guarantee absolute delivery time for special regional logistics situations.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on the weight, volume, destination, and shipping method of your order during checkout. All shipping costs are clearly displayed on the order page before payment, with no hidden charges.
We regularly launch free shipping promotions. The free shipping threshold and applicable regions will be subject to the latest activity rules on our website. Once the order meets the free shipping standard, the system will automatically waive the shipping fee during settlement.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and official tracking link. You can check the real-time logistics status of your package through the tracking number at any time.
Logistics information may be updated with a 1-3 days delay after shipment due to international logistics data synchronization. If the tracking information is not updated for more than 5 business days, please feel free to contact our customer service for assistance.
6. Customs & Import Duties
All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees charged by the destination country’s customs department. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we are not liable for any customs-related fees.
Customs clearance procedures and inspection standards vary by country. Any delays, package detention, or fines caused by local customs policies shall be borne by the customer. We will actively provide relevant order documents to assist with customs clearance when necessary.
7. Undeliverable & Returned Packages
Packages that cannot be delivered successfully due to incorrect customer address information, unreachable contact information, customer refusal to receive, or long-term unclaimed status will be returned to our warehouse. The return shipping fee and secondary shipping fee for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
If the package is lost or damaged during transit due to our shipping error, we will provide free re-delivery or full refund according to the actual situation after verification.
8. Shipping Exceptions & Force Majeure
We are not responsible for shipping delays, package loss or damage caused by force majeure factors, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, war, regional conflicts, airline suspension, customs policy adjustments, and other uncontrollable situations.
In case of force majeure events, we will actively follow up on the order status and notify customers of the latest logistics progress as soon as possible.
